The 2012-13 season has come to an end for the Millington Trojans. Despite two large run in the District 14-3A Boys Basketball Tournament game against the Arlington Tigers, the Trojans fell 67-57 in the Cordova Gymnasium. The Tigers advanced to play the top-seeded Craigmont Chiefs Saturday night in Cordova.

The Trojans who fell behind 23-7, climbed back to within 26-24 in the second quarter sparked by senior guard Kelby Hollowell hitting two layups and three-pointer. The Tigers were ahead 32-24 at the break.

Arlington regained a double-digit lead in the second half before Millington answered with a 9-2 run that made the score 51-48 in the fourth quarter. But the Tigers used foul shooting to pull away and advance.
