The goal of the survey is to measure levels of citizen satisfaction of all aspects of the Department, as well as determine future needs of the city.

The role our community plays in evaluating us directly correlates to our department’s success. We are conducting this survey to help us become more effective in our efforts to keep the community connected, active, and informed.

Surveys will be available at Baker Community Center and online at http://svy.mk/Zx33NX from March 8, 2013 until April 30, 2013.

You do not have to live within the Millington city limits to complete the survey. Anyone who has participated or used services offered by the Millington Arts, Recreation, and Parks Department is asked to provide feedback.
