Barton, Substitute Trustee, on August 8, 2003 and recorded as Instrument Number 03163679 in the Registers Office of Shelby County, Tennessee, and conducted by Joseph D. Barton, Substitute Trustee.

BEGINNING at an iron pin in the east line of North Watkins Road 1546.41 feet northwardly from the point of intersection of the tangents to a curve having a radius of 40 feet located at the northeast corner of North Watkins Road and Robertson Road, said point being in the north line of the property described in Instrument Number S6 6998; thence north 1 degree 08 minutes 40 seconds east with the east line of North Watkins Road 381.77 feet to an iron pin in the south line of property described in Instrument Number S3 5480; thence south 89 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds east with said south line 868.39 feet to an iron pin in the west line of property described in Book 2161, Page 125; thence south 0 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds west with the said west line 311.06 feet to an iron pin in the north line of property described in Instrument Number S6 6998; thence south 86 degrees 01 minutes 38 seconds west with said north line 877.95 feet to the point of beginning and containing 6.932 acres of land.
