NOAH JAMES CHAMBLESS
Infant, Noah James Chambless, died on his birthday, April 28, 2014. He is survived by parents, Johnny Allen and Jessica Shea Chambless and Anthony Eugene Jacques; a brother, Bentley Allen Chambless; grandparents, Mary O’Connor Fincher, Erik Smith, Eugene Fincher, Robert Goff, Ricky Chambless (Stephanie), and Reggie & Marsha Jacques; great grandparents, Robert Fincher (Pat Sears), Diane Cole, James “Gussie” Buchannan; and aunts, Terri Lynn Jones and Holly Elizabeth Avery. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Anna Chambless and Connie Joe Jacques; and great grandparents, James “OC” & Betty O’Connor, Anita Kesler, and Howard “Duke” Goff. Funeral services were held May 2. Interment was at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.

ALMA S. LONG
Alma S. Long, 83, of Lucy, passed away April 29, 2014. Mrs. Long was a member of Lucy Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, William L. Long Jr., and sister, Melba Payne. She is survived by her husband, William L. Long, Sr.; sons, Byron Long of Millington, and David Long of Germantown; sisters, Mary Childress of Millington, Bettye Court of Bartlett, Pat Pittman of Horn Lake, Miss.; brothers, Richard Loft of Bartlett, Lowrey Loft of Millington, and Phil Loft of Friendship; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren. Service was held May 2 at the Millington Chapel. Interment followed at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Any memorials may be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home. David Timbs, 54, of Millington passed away on April 26, 2014. Mr. Timbs was a welder for CTM of Memphis. Mr. Timbs is survived by his wife, Debra Sylvester Timbs of Millington; son, Micah Timbs of Covington; daughters, Sharon, Beth, Lydia, and Rebekah Timbs of Covington; mother, Angelo Timbs of Millington; brother, Dale Timbs of Millington; sister, Joyce Timbs Owens of Millington; three step-daughters, two step-sons and twelve grandchildren. Mr. Timbs was preceded in death by his father, Charles Emmitt Timbs and son, Samuel Timbs. There was a graveside service held for Mr. Timbs at the Indian Creek Cemetery on April 30.
