ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights, Motion for Service by Publication and Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of the Respondent George Fountain is unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search, therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon George Fountain. It is therefore, ORDERED that said Respondent be served by publication of the following Notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Millington Star, a newspaper published in Shelby County, Tennessee.
It is further ORDERED that if the Respondent George Fountain does not enter an appearance or otherwise Answer the Petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon the Respondent by filing same with the Juvenile Court Clerk for Anderson County, Tennessee.

Diggs Drive, Suite 100, Clinton, Tennessee 37716, Phone No: 865-425-4400, an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed by the Tennessee Department of Childrenís Service, within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice, which will be August 7, 2014 or appear personally in the Juvenile Court of Anderson County, Tennessee, at 101 South Main Street, Room 200, Robert Jolley Bldg., Clinton, Tennessee, on the 37716, day of 18th day of September, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., to personally answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights. Failing to appear for the hearing of this date and time, without good cause, will result in the loss of your right to contest the petition to terminate your parental rights to the child(ren) listed above. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Juvenile Court Clerkís Office, 101 South Main Street, Room 200, Robert Jolley Bldg., Clinton, Tennessee 37716.
