Rebels get back on track against Middleton

The Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels got back on track Friday night dominating the Middleton Tigers 40-20.
TRA got things started early at Middleton when quarterback AJ Hightower connected with Ethan Kaiser for a 37-yard TD pass for a 7-0 lead.
The Tigers cut the TRA lead to 7-6 by the end of the first period. The Rebels seized control of the contest in the second quarter with a pair of scores. The first TRA touchdown came courtesy of Hightower 4-yard run.
Then just before halftime, Hightower capped off a TRA drive with a 1-yard rush for a touchdown and a 21-6 halftime score.
Both teams score in the third quarter with Hightower crossing the end zone yet again for the Rebels from 14-yard out to make the score 27-6.
To close out the TRA scoring for the night, the Rebels got a 32-yard touchdown run from Logan Stewart. The tally was 34-12.
Then the Rebels jumped on the “A-Train” giving the ball to Armando Montero for a 9-yard run to make the final 40-12. TRA will host St. George’s this Friday night with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m.
