Ann Barbara Barnes, 80, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015 surrounded by her loving family at her Millington residence. Mrs. Barnes went to school at age 50 and became a Registered Nurse; prior to that she was a Real Estate Agent. Her most important and dearly loved roles, though, were that of wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a communicant at St. William Catholic Church in Millington where she sang in the choir. She was active in the local area team for the “ARE” Association for Research and Enlightenment. Mrs. Barnes survivors include her husband of 58 years, Thomas H. Barnes; children, Mary Jo Barnes Ring of Millington; Lawrence Joseph Barnes of Memphis; Thomasine Marie (Marc) Darby of Milan; Joseph Paul (Cathy) Barnes of Imperial , Mo.; Kelly Patrick Barnes of Millington; Drew Thomas (Renette) Barnes of Bella Vista, Ark.; Timothy Shawn Barnes of Millington; Jane Mary (Steve) Seyer of Shelton, Conn.; and Ann Marie Wojcicki of Millington; 18 grandchildren, Becky Ann Klenk; Jesse Clifton (Meg) Klenk; Sarah Barnes (Cliff) Marion; Kimberly Nicole ( Kenny) Baker; Natasha Troi Darby; James Noah Darby; Claudia Louise Darby; Olivia Christine Darby; Isabella Paige Darby; Lily Eve Darby; Kathleen Nicole Langston Barnes; Brandon Cristin ( Amanda) Riggs; Beau (Jennifer) Barnes; Karmen Adiel Barnes; Lydia Michelle Seyer; Isaac Barnes Seyer; Andrew Paul Wojcicki; and Thomas Frank Wojcicki; greatgrandchildren, Heidi Ann Klenk; Adler James Klenk; Darby Leigh Marion; Reggie James Marion; Ruby Ann Barnes; and Gavin Thomas Barnes; siblings, Richard Patrick (Mellie) Kelly; Pauline (Richard) Mauer; James A. (Bernadette) Kelly; Paul William (Betty) Kelly; and Sister Jane Mary Kelly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Patrick and Winifred Bertilda Kelly; sisters, Elizabeth Mary Stevens; Mary Martina Lehmier; and Clotilda Mary Cerra; and her brothers, Thomas P. Kelly; and John Francis Kelly. The family received friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Feb. 8. The Rosary followed. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St William Catholic Church on Feb. 9. Interment was at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.

Joshua Louis Hale, 24, of Millington, beloved son of Louis and Mary Hale, died on Feb. 6, 2015 at his home. Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister Stephanie (Chris) Smith, Brother Matthew, niece Celia, grandmother Elizabeth Hale, and grandparents, George and Frieda Ellerbrook. He is also survived by nine uncles, 11 aunts and 17 cousins. Josh was a lifelong fan of the University of Notre Dame. He was extremely witty and enjoyed making people laugh. Josh loved to travel and experience the natural beauty and history of the United States. Service was  held Feb. 11 at First Baptist Church Millington, with burial in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
