Logan Stewart

The Tipton-Rosemark Academy senior played multiple positions for the Rebels. He saw time at quarterback, running back and wide out. He helped produce many touchdowns to go along with his six interceptions for scores in 2014. The Rebels reached the playoffs for the second straight season behind Stewart’s leadership. Stewart earned an All-State Selection in Division II-A.

Football Defensive Star of the Season

Patrick Macon

Patrick Macon was the heart and soul of the 2014 Millington Trojan defense. He was the leader in tackles and made many tackles for lost. Macon’s impact became evident when he missed the Liberty game. The Trojans gave up a season-high in points and rush yards. Macon was selected to the All-State team and the Liberty Bowl High School All-Star game.

Cecily Gable

The Munford Lady Cougar senior led the team in most offensive stats. Gable completed her stellar career with another District 13-3A MVP selection and All-Region team honor. Gable will take her talents to Austin Peay University.

Wrestling Star of the Season

Deadrick Payton

Millington’s senior Deadrick Payton weighs 187 pounds. He has competed in the 220 pound division seven times leading to his finals match up with Bolton’s Nick Wilson. He took second in Regionals earning a spot in the 2015 State Wrestling Tournament.

Girls Soccer Star of the Season

Avis Van Kampen

The Brighton Lady Cardinal senior led her team to the District 13-3A championship. She was named MVP leading Brighton in goals and assists. Van Kampen earned a scholarship to Freed Hardeman finishing in the Top 10 in her class and gaining the attention of the Lion coaching staff with her play on the field.

Girls Basketball Star of the Season

Gabby Crawford

The Munford Lady Cougar freshman made her impact in season on with several double-doubles. She was a force on the boards and in the scoring column. She was named to the All-Region 7-3A team guiding Munford to the Regional Semifinals.

Julian Daughtry

The Millington Trojan senior led his team in scoring and assists. Daughtry had one of the best nights in Trojan history when he scored 43 points in a game against Arlington. Daughtry earned first team All-District honors.

Golf Star of the Season

Aubree Jones

Brighton’s Aubree Jones was low medalist with 69 at Regionals. The Brighton Lady Cardinals took third at TSSAA Division-I Class 3A State Championship at Willowbrook Golf Course in Manchester powered by Jones. The sophomore standout was the individual girls champ and low tournament medalist firing a -5 par two-day total of 139.
