Cal Millington Senior Club Christimas 2-18The Millington Senior Citizen Baker exercise class recently marked its 14th anniversary with a Christmas breakfast. The senior group consisting of 25 men and women meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9. Participants engage in all types of exercises, including stretching and at one point during the hour long program the use of small weights are included. There are no machines involved. The members may take the exercises seriously, but not enough to distract from their bright attitudes. As member Eugene Leech noted, the class is nothing but smiles.
