Woodstock Cuba Saddle Club was founded in 1961 and in the past years the members have voted on their Royalty which consists of Queen, Princess and Buckaroo Princess. For the second year in a row, WCSC held a Royalty show for their Queen and Princess contestants while the Buckaroo princess was voted on by the members. WCSC Members saw their biggest turn out in several years for the Buckaroo Princess as 8 girls (All 8 & Under) tried out at the annual 2016 Membership Drive held on March 5 where members voted Kaylee Wooten as the 2016 Buckaroo Princess. The Royalty Show was held on April 10th where 4 girls competed for the title of Princess and 5 girls competed for the title of Queen. They were judged on a horsemanship pattern which was followed up with horsemanship interview, then they sat down with the judges for a one on one interview and they were scored on their personality/appearance in both of those categories. They finished the show with a test on WCSC Rule book and parts of the saddle and horse. The judges were former Miss Rodeo VA & Miss TN HS Rodeo Queen Tricia Satkowski and Susan Hudgins, mother of Former Miss Rodeo TN Nacona Allen Clowes, and the winners were Alea Munoz for 2016 Princess and Taylor Cohen for 2016 Queen.
