Residents living in the 4900 block of Saratoga in Millington were force to leave their houses after materials for making meth were found. Millington Public Safety Director Gary Graves was on the scene along with officers in hazmat suits. Graves said the Millington Police Department was performing a routine patrol check when they noticed suspicious materials at the home consistent with a meth lab.
MPD got the situation under control, so there was no threat to the public. Two people were taken into custody and according to the MPD, they are still looking for other suspects.
