Munford Funeral Homes Offering Community a Way to Express Sympathy to Law Enforcement in Dallas and Baton Rouge

Star Staff Reports

first friday 2013 Munford Funeral HomeFormer Memphis Councilman Brent Taylor, owner of Munford Funeral Home, announced today that register books are being made available to the community for local residents to express their sympathy to the eight fallen law enforcement officers in Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, La.

Following national tragedies like these, people are always grappling with how can I reach out and touch those who are grieving in other communities to let them know they are not alone in their grief,” Taylor said. My staff and I thought this would be a good way to let Dallas and Baton Rouge know they are not going through this alone.”

You can come to either of the following locations between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday through July 27 to sign the register book to express your sorrow to these communities.

Great care will be taken to forward these books to the police departments in each of these devastated communities. Any other sympathy cards or mementos of appreciation will be sent to the devastated communities as well.
