MMS was ready to unveil the renovations of the Millington Central High School Annex located at 8050 West Street.
Before the official ribbon cutting, members of the MCHS NJROTC gave tours around the nearly $3 million renovated structure. Guest viewed classrooms, computer labs and other various rooms for education.
“It’s our first major capital project that we’ve undertaken other than the roofs we had to do initially,” MMS Director of Schools Dr. David Roper said. “We had to get the building obviously in the dry before we could start the renovations. We’re so happy it has come to fruition here today. I think it is a sign of more exciting things to come.”
