Clopton Methodist Food Session 9-28

Food for Thought

Jacqueline Lemons with the UT/TSU Tipton County Extension Office recently visited the Young at Heart senior group at Clopton United Methodist Church.  She discussed Food Safety for seniors and prepared a healthy fruit smoothie which was enjoyed by all. Clopton Methodist Church is located at 5285 Brighton-Clopton Road and for more information, call 476-7576.
