The Exchange Club of Millington recognized Officer Courtney Booker as Millington’s Law Enforcement Officer of the Year last month during a Millington Board of Aldermen and Mayor Meeting at City Hall. Millington Police Chief Mark Dunbar was on hand to present the honor alongside Exchange Club’s Ken Sullivan.
