2021 Millington Star Athlete of the Year Finalists… Go vote at Twitter and Facebook until June 18

Since 2006 The Millington Star has recognized the area’s best male and female athlete from Millington Central, Brighton and Munford high schools and Tipton-Rosemark Academy. The Millington Star Male Athlete of the Year and Millington Star Female Athlete of the Year is awarded to the student/athlete who participated in two or more TSSAA sports during the academic calendar year. Those student/athletes displayed excellence in their sports, community involvement and solid academics. This year staff and social media voting will determine the winners. Instagram voting wrapped up Monday but there is still time to earn one vote each from Facebook and Twitter by visiting The Millington Star Newspaper and Millington Star respectively. The 2021 winners will be announced in July and each winner will be a finalist for West 10 Media Athlete of the Year.
