Kids Snack & Create Classes
New series offered by the Millington Parks and Recreation kicks off this January.
It involves various art projects and snack creations for boys and girls 6-12.
Sign up for all 5 classes for $75 or individual classes for $25. Parents can sign up too for $15 per class. Casting with Cops set for May
The Second Annual Casting with Cops, hosted by the Millington Police Department will be held May 31 starting at 8 a.m. at 8850 Highway 51 North. This is a free event. Bring your own fishing pole and bait. Prizes will be awarded. For more information, visit the MPD’s Facebook Page.
Senior Exercise

Millington CBC Free Mulch Saturdays
Free Mulch is being given away from Millington City Beautiful Commission from April 5-May 31 on Saturdays only from 8 a.m. to noon at the Recycling Center located 4658 Biloxi Avenue. Rock Art for Kids will be held April 26 from 9 to 11 a.m. For more information, call 237-6353.
Senior Club

CBC Monthly Meeting
The Millington City Beautiful Commission meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month at the Millington IDB Building located at 7965 Veterans Parkway. The public is welcomed to attend.
Millington Food Pantry
The Millington Food Pantry is located on the grounds of Millington First United Methodist Church at 8029 Wilkinsville Road, is available to qualified residents of 38053 living in Shelby County.
Hours of operation are each Tuesday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the third Saturday of each month 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Call 901-872-2771 to make an appointment. Appointments are not made in advance of the day the pantry is open.
