The Millington Police Department and Chief Chris Stokes wanted to publicly congratulate MPD Officer Franklin for being the Chick-fil-A Community Officer of the Year.
Recently, Franklin was recognized by the establishment at 8492 Highway 51 with a championship belt for his service and dedication to the community throughout 2023.
“We’re bursting with pride to announce that Officer Franklin has been chosen by Chick-fil-A for the Community Officer of the Year,” Stokes said. “This recognizes Officer Franklin for going above and beyond to build trust, collaboration, and safety within our community.”
Franklin has tirelessly worked to create genuine connections with people from all walks of life. Whether it’s organizing block parties, mentoring youth programs, or simply taking the time to listen to residents’ concerns. Franklin has become a familiar and trusted face in our community. He takes problem-solving with heart.
