Carnival In Town

[media-credit id=8 align=”alignleft” width=”165″][/media-credit]Johnson’s Carnival returns to Millington for the fifth consecutive year at the Joyner ball fields on Highway 51. Next door to the Millington Middle School, the carnival is already setting up and might start prior to the original July 25 target date. The fun may start this week. The Carnival will be open Sundays through Thursdays from 6-10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 6-11 p.m. Admission is free; a wristband for unlimited rides on the day of purchase is $20. Concessions will be available including corn dogs, hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, funnel cakes, fresh squeezed lemonade, candy apples and much more. Every night is Crisis Center Night, where you can bring a canned good and receive $5.00 off of a wristband. Wednesday nights are Church Night, where you can bring your youth group and receive $5 off of a wristband. Thursday nights are Military Night, where with a military ID the immediate family of the serviceman or woman will receive $5 off of a wristband.
