MILAN — Dynamix Physical Therapy celebrated its one-year anniversary serving the community of Covington, Tennessee on Friday of Oct. 8.
Team members and clinic director, Cory Wilcox, greeted customers with warm donuts and delicious cupcakes throughout the day as a way to thank them for choosing Dynamix Physical Therapy as their provider for therapy.
Wilcox, who has been with Dynamix since September 2016, is now the southwest regional director for Dynamix, and has been tasked with seeking new locations and talent to grow the company in the greater Memphis area.
“I joined Dynamix back in 2016 at the Milan location, and then helped open our McKenzie clinic in 2017. After that, I helped open our Millington location in 2018 and our Covington clinic in 2020,” said Wilcox. “It has been a lot of fun going into these rural communities that are underserved and bring them the elite physical therapy that Dynamix is known for.”
Wilcox went on to share the importance of the mission of Dynamix, which is “to be the bright spot in our customers’ day while pursuing excellence in healthcare and service.” He then said that the customers who come in are the best part of the team’s day. “We try to live out our mission to be the best part of our customers’ day, and in turn, they are the best part of our day, too.”
Dynamix is different from other physical therapy clinics because of the elite manual therapy services offered, as well as the exceptional treatment of patients.
The goal is to get patients, especially those in rural communities like Covington, back to having a good quality of life without having to travel very far.
Dynamix Physical Therapy now has eleven locations throughout West Tennessee, and will be opening the next location in Dyersburg soon.
