Eight is Enough

The Millington Lady Trojans defeated Power Center Academy at Centennial Park last Thursday 8-0. The Lady Trojans jumped out to a 6-0 lead by halftime. The Lady Trojans received goals from Jacey Thompson (Devin McSwain), McSwain, then a pair by Marissa Ward (to left in the center) with Corina Nichols assisting on one of them. Then McSwain scored on a rainbow kick from 30 yards out to conclude the first half. Erica Coursey had the assist. Julie Dickenson scored in the second half and Abby Roque finished off the win with a goal with an assist from Thompson.
