Gearing Up

Soul Out Ministries’ founder and CEO Carolyn Jenkins has been busy in recent days getting the 2020 Thanksgiving Meal prepared to go mobile. Under a cloud of a global pandemic, Jenkins has modified her traditional holiday meal for the community by setting up boxes to go recipients. Members of Sigma Lambda Lambad Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. (President Kenny Brown) came to assist Jenkins in getting the food to her church Tabernacle Missionary Baptist in Millington. Helping Jenkins were Brown and Tramayne Jenkins. Food will be distributed next week giving families a chance to prepare a Thanksgiving meal.
