The Millington Trojans entered the Second Round of the 2023 TSSAA Class 4A Playoffs Friday night at Haywood County. The Tomcats emerged victorious 47-26 ending a special season for the Trojans. Millington finished the season 9-3 and Haywood advances to the Quarterfinals this Friday to host Dyer County. The Trojans were led all season by players like the captains from the Brighton game in October Verimayian Britt, Jonathan Temple-Dowdy, Tre Wilks and McCoy Pugh.
