Millington has a new eatery. Dunkin’ Donuts has taken over the old Backyard Burger restaurant at 8251 Hwy 51. They opened on Tuesday, Sept. 1, and the manager, Shelley, said. “We’ve been busy.” Dunkin’ Donuts is a sweet addition to the Millington economy, currently providing jobs for over a dozen bakers and cashiers. The store’s hours are from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Shelley said they have “at least 18 flavors” at any given time, which change periodically. The restaurant is clean and neat, with small tables and comfortable chairs.
