WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE FRIDAY

Earlier in May, Millington Municipal Schools District Superintendent James “Bo” Griffin and Millington Central High School Principal Mark Neal pressure washed very inch of the home football stands in preparations for this Friday’s graduation for the Class of 2020.
Members of the MMSD maintenance crew work alongside the men and took a moment to sneak a snapshot of the duo at work.
Ceremony 1 (5 p.m.) Last names A-K
-Stadium gate opens at 4:15 p.m. for seniors and their guests. Seniors will report to the visitors’ bleachers and guests will move to the marked seating area in the home bleachers.
Ceremony 2 (7:15 p.m.) Last names L-Z
-Stadium gate opens at 6:45 p.m. for seniors and their guests. Seniors will report to the visitors’ bleachers and guests will move to marked seating area in the home bleachers.
*Graduates will receive their cumulative folders after they exit the stage
*Attendees are not permitted to bring flowers, balloons, air horns or any other artificial noise devices, large posters, etc.
*Stadium seats will be marked for attendees in compliance with social distancing procedures set forth by Gov. Bill Lee and the Tennessee Department of Education.
*All attendees must adhere to the seating procedures or lose privilege to attend the graduation ceremony.
*We highly suggest that all attendees and guests wear a mask during the ceremony.
*Graduates will receive their name card along with a school mask (wearing the mask is mandatory).
*Please complete the Final Transcript form if you have not already completed the form online.
*If your address has changed, please complete the new address form.
*Final Transcript will be mailed the first week in June.
*Hope scholarship grade point average 3.0 will be verified before June 15.
*If you owe fines, they are due before Graduation May 29.
*Inclement weather plan will be Saturday May 20, 2020 at 5 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
