NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the requirements of the Millington Municipal Code, a Public Hearing will be held to consider the suspension of the following municipal beer permits and/or imposition of fines and civil penalties in connection with the alleged violation of the city’s beer ordinance involving the sale of beer to persons under the age of 21 by the following business establishments:
Donny Joes Bar 7874 C St.
The Hideaway 5040 Navy Rd.
The Millington Beer Board will meet immediately following the Regular Board Meeting on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 7 P.M. at Millington City Hall, 7930 Nelson. Any citizen who may wish to appear and testify either for or against these alleged violations will be heard.
