Dear Editor:
The Millington Crisis Center needs your help and support. We are in the process of implementing new ideas, new processes, and new methods in an effort to ensure the Center complies with state and federal guidelines for nonprofit organizations, as well as to better and more efficiently serve the needs of our community. It is a time of change and growth for the center, but the center needs you more than ever. As a former Donor or board member, you have already invested a great deal of your time, talent, and treasure in the crisis center. I would like to personally invite you to be part of the crisis center again and help us with the important work the center does on behalf of those in the community who need that extra helping hand or emergency aid. There are many ways in which you can get involved with the Millington Crisis Center. The needs, as you know better than anyone else, are great and the demands on the center’s resources are ongoing and ever increasing. We are in need of volunteers, advocates, fund-raisers, and, yes, faithful and continued financial assistance with the day-to-day operations of the center. We now have board members, general membership, life membership, service membership and a variety of programs that need your skills.

I would like to ask you to consider coming back to us, and let us know how you would be willing to help out in this vital work. Please let me know how you’d like to help out. We welcome any level of involvement that might fit your abilities and gifts.

Frederick Morris & Deb Pelt
Millington Crisis Center President and Vice President
