Munford Cougar Baseball senior Kyle Hindman celebrated his signing to Christian Brothers University today in the Munford High School Library with family, friends, teammates and interim Head Coach Jake Garbuzinski.
Hindman earned his scholarship with a 24 on the ACT, 3.3 grade-point average, his play as an outfielder for Munford and time spent playing summer competitive baseball for Batter’s Box Baseball in Collierville.
Hindman impressed the CBU Bucs staff and Head Coach Phil Goodwin with his solid infield play and batting average. Hindman grew up playing baseball since the age of 4 in Dixie Youth in Tipton County.
After turning 10, his parents Alisia and James supported his competitive baseball career leading to the signing with CBU.
