National Day of Prayer set for noon May 4 at Baker Community Center

On behalf of Millington Mayor, Terry Jones, the City welcome you to the Millington, Tenn., National Day of Prayer on May 4 at noon.

2 Chronicles 7:13-15 

“When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, 14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.”

The event will be held Thursday, May 4 with an 11:45 sign in/name tags. Program begins at noon promptly in the Millington Baker Community Center located at 7942 Church Street.
