Alison’s Alcove is now known as Abandoned Antiques.
Recently the change came about when Alison’s Alcove owner David Barczak stepped aside because of health issues.
Earlier this year, Alison Alcove moved from its 4792 Navy Road location to the old Cole’s building located at 8232 Highway 51 North. During the closure because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff and owners David and Alison Barczak took advantage of the down time to make the transition.
The new location made it’s public debut in early June after a soft opening in late May Alison’s Alcove came to Millington June 1 of last year to a 9,000 square foot location. Fast forward a year, now the business has 50,000 square feet to expand shops and items to offer the public.
The new Abandoned Antiques has expanded with signature antiques, furniture, local art and man cave with a craft’s room, sports lounge, children’s area and the new Shops of Alison, the mall within the mall.
