Northaven community leader and founder of the Northaven Bulldogs Ricky Jefferson recently passed away.
The Visitation for Jefferson will be today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Calvary Memorial located at 659 Semmes in Memphis. Services will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Broad located at 2835 Broad also in Memphis.
Jefferson coached and coordinated the Northaven Bulldogs, a youth football organization. Jefferson and his coaches sent several players onto the Millington Trojans in the late 1990s and 2000s.
