Notice of a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Board of the City Of Millington
The Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Millington (ìthe Boardî) will meet for a special meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of the Industrial Development Board located at 7965 Veterans Parkway, Suite 101, Millington, TN. A map of the area that would be subject to the Plan and which identifies the parcels of property within the Plan area may be viewed by the public at the office of the Industrial Development Board located at 7965 Veterans Parkway, Suite 101, Millington TN.†
The Board will meet to consider a resolution to approve tax increment financing project in connection with The Shops at Millington Farms and any other business that may properly come before the Board.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated Section 8-44-101, et.Seq.
