Pursuant to the requirements of the Millington Municipal Code, the following information is made known to all interested persons:
Ms. Marluzby Portes (DBA Marluzbyís Mexican Restaurant Inc.), has applied for an ìOn Premisesî permit to sell beer at Marluzbyís Mexican Restaurant, located at 6646 US Highway 51 North, Millington TN.
The Millington Beer Board will meet immediately following the Regular Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 6 P.M. at the Millington City Hall Chambers, 7930 Nelson, to consider the above application after a Public Hearing. Any citizen who may wish to appear and testify either for or against this application will be heard.
