Jlyn Kyle Ballard, of Burlison, 33, passed away on March 17, 2026. Services were held on March 21 at Covington Funeral Home with interment at Randolph Cemetery. The family received friends two hours prior to the service at the Covington Funeral Home.

Wiley Hickerson, Jr., 71 of Millington, passed away on March 16, 2026 at St. Francis Hospital – Park. There wasl be a viewing for Mr. Hickerson, Jr. on March 28 with his funeral service at Gilfield Baptist Church, in Millington. Interment followed at Gilfield Cemetery. Jefferson Mortuary, Inc. had charge.

John Rose, 57, of Ripley passed away on March 18, 2026 at Lauderdale Community Hospital. Funeral services for John Rose were held on March 23 at Covington Funeral Home, with interment in Morrison Cemetery in Brighton.

Jill Whitehead, 63, of Millington, passed away on March 25, 2026 at the home surrounded by her loving family. Cremation services were under the direction of Covington Funeral Home with no services planned at the time.
