Marvin Graham, Sr., 54, of Atoka, passed away August 6, 2020 in Atoka. There was a walk through viewing for Mr. Graham on Aug. 15 at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc, in Millington. Interment followed at William Chapel Church Cemetery in Millington. Jefferson Mortuary, Inc. had charge.

NONA JEAN HAYNES
Nona Jean Haynes, 81, was born in Drummonds, passed away Aug. 9, 2020. Funeral Service was held Aug. 17 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral in Millington. Interment was held at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home had charge.

SANDRA E. HORTON
First Lady Sandra E. Horton, 70,  passed away on August 10, 2020 at St. Francis Bartlett. Visitation was held on Aug. 14, and a service was held Aug. 15, all at Promiseland Baptist Church in Millington. Interment was at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery in Millington. Jefferson Mortuary, Inc. had charge.
DORIS MARIE JACKSON
Doris Marie Jackson, 86, of Millington, passed away in the loving arms of her Lord, on Monday, July 27, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Collier and Lilly Luida Collier; her brothers and sisters, Sam, Henry, Louise and Troy; her daughter, Janice Marie Norton; and her son, Thomas Wayne. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Donald Jackson; her daughter, Norma Roberts; her grandchildren Justin and Brian Roberts, Elizabeth Jackson Ragsdale, Lisa Fox, April Burnette, Richard and Tommy Jackson, Marie Jackson, and Michael and Jason Waddell; her great grandchildren, Easton, Lauren, Ella, Alexandrea, Isabella, Evelina, Christopher, Angeleah, Houston, Gabriella, Tristan, Taylor, and Michael Arthur; and her great great grandchildren, Daniel and Daisey. Anchored by her faith and her strength, Marie loved her family more than anything else, always there when someone needed her and always showing the way with her understanding and forgiving nature. She greatly enjoyed reading mystery novels, gardening in her yard, and going dancing on Beale Street. Marie will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have her in their lives. Funeral Services were held July 31, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Millington under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis. Mary Irene Gammon, 71, of Millington passed away August, 11, 2020. Funeral Service was held Aug. 16 at West Union Cumberland in Millington. Johnny Lee McKelvy, 76, passed away at his residence in Atoka on August 7, 2020. A graveside service was held at Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford on Aug. 11. Elizabeth Joshlin Phillips, 87, of Millington passed away August 7, 2020. Graveside services were held Sigler Cemetery in Millington.

CHARLES E. SMITH
Charles E. Smith, 73, of Millington, a retired Driver Leader with Swift Transportation for over 26 years, passed away on August 11, 2020 at Methodist North Hospital. He was a USMC veteran of Vietnam, and loved animals. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of 11 years, Luisa Blazo Smith; daughter, Belinda (Justin) Leggett; son, Eric Smith; and his grandchildren, Britton, Adalyn, Ainsley, and Amelia. He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Vivian Smith; his first wife, Trudy Smith; and a sister, Faye Parham. The family received friends from until a memorial service Aug. 15 at Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to the ASPCA. Mary Emma Tolbert, 70, of Millington, passed away August 12, 2020. Funeral service was held Aug. 16 at Servant Heart Church in Covington with interment in St. John Cemetery in Atoka. Millington Funeral Home Inc., had charge.

Marvin Lavelle Turnage, Jr., 67, passed away at South County Manor in Arnold, Mo., on August 10, 2020 where he lived for the last 10 years. He was buried at the Salem Associate Reformed Presbyterian Cemetery in Atoka. A graveside service was held on Aug. 14 at the cemetery.
