WALTER MIKE BILLINGS
Walter Mike Billings, 76, of Atoka, passed away February 6, 2021 at his home. He was a retired Public Works Director for The City of Atoka. Graveside services were held Feb. 9, in Bethel Cemetery, in Atoka. Family requests memorials be sent to Atoka United Methodist Church. Munford Funeral Home had charge.

Lurcy Cox, Jr. 82 of Drummonds passed away February 14, 2021. Visitation will be held Feb. 27 at the Millington Funeral Home Inc., in Millington with interment at St. Paul Church Cemetery located at 8883 Richardson Landing Road in Drummonds. Millington Funeral Home had charge.

KALA JEAN CLAYTON (OSBORNE)

SHELBY JEAN LaMOUNTAIN
Shelby Jean LaMountain, 84, of Millington, passed away peacefully at her home on February 11, 2021. Visitation were held Feb. 15, with services following all at the Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel. Interment followed in Randolph Cemetery. Munford Funeral Home had charge.
JAMES ‘STEVE’ STEPHEN MOFFATT
James “Steve” Stephen Moffatt, 65, of Rosemark, passed away February 13, 2021 at his home. The family received friends on Feb. 20 until the service at Salem ARP Church in Atoka. The interment was in Salem ARP Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Salem ARP Playground Fund and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

CATHEY ELAINE OWEN
Cathey Elaine Owen, 55, of Brighton, passed away at home February 5, 2021. There was a visitation from on Feb. 13, with a service to follow at Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel. Memorials may go to Shepard Rehabilitation Center, 2020 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. Munford Funeral Home had charge.

EDWARD JULIUS SMITH
Edward Julius Smith, 84, of Millington, passed away February 9, 2021 at Spring Gate Rehabilitation center in Memphis. There was a walk-through viewing for Mr. Smith on Feb. 24 at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc., in Millington, with a committal service and military honors following at Greenwood Church Cemetery on John Strong Road in Millington. Jefferson Mortuary had charge.

RAYFORD TERRY TRACY
Rayford Terry Tracy, 83, of Hernando, Miss., passed away peacefully in his home on February 3, 2021. A celebration of his life was held Feb. 8. Rayford was born in Brighton, to Tom and Addie Tracy. He grew up and graduated School in Brighton. After high school, he joined the Navy Reserve. He was a business owner of R & J Distributing in Memphis. Rayford married the love of his life, Phyllis. Together they enjoyed fishing, watching the Memphis Tigers and attending any and all activities for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rayford was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Hernando, Mississippi where he served as a bus driver for nine years. He is survived by his loving wife, Phillip; children, Renae, Ranette, Terry Raye, Michael, Greg, Kim, Bryan, Scott, Tammy and Michelle; 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, sister, Vera; many nieces, nephews and friends that he loved and cherished very much. He was preceded in death by his son; Jeffrey; grandsons, Jeremy and Wyatt; his parents; Tom and Addie Tracy; brothers, Tommy, Eddie and Yates; and sister, Carolyn.;

JAMES ‘JAMEY’ CODY WILLIAMS
James “Jamey” Cody Williams, 35, of Atoka, passed away January 29, 2021. The family received friends Feb. 12 until the service at St. Anne Episcopal Church in Millington. Interment followed in Memorial Gardens on Germantown Parkway. Memorials may be made to St. Anne Episcopal Church ECW Outreach. Munford Funeral Home had charge.
