LEONARD EARL GASKIN
Leonard Earl Gaskin, 79, of Brighton passed away February 18, 2020. The family received friends for a time of visitation Feb. 22 with funeral service. All services and interment was held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

CLARA MAE LEE
Clara Mae Lee, 87, of Millington, Tennessee gained her Angel wings on Friday, February 7, 2020. She was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on September 22, 1932 to Larkin & Katherine Collins. Clara was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Robert E Lee, her beautiful grandson Taylor Joyner, brothers Larkin Collins Jr, Gary Collins, Jimmy Collins and sister Peggy Swinney. After traveling extensively around the world as a military spouse she started her career & retired from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department as a Sheriff’s Deputy. Clara’s main interest in life was her family and she was known to many as Granny Lee. She loved unconditionally, would light up any room with her smile and anyone that truly knew Clara, knew of her many “Clarisms”. She was the most unselfish, kind, caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Life to her was simply family and she will be missed beyond measure. She leaves behind her son, David Lee (Lori) of Edmond, Oklahoma, daughters Kathy Harrison (Larry) of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Beverly Buonviri (Kenny) of Key West, Florida. She also leaves behind five Grandchildren, Trey Thompson, Rachael Lee, Amber Thompson, Sean Thompson and Drew Joyner, as well as, three Great Grandchildren, Keegan, Lillian and Baylor. Sister, Rosemary Savage (Sammy), Brother in-law Don Swinney, four nieces, five nephews and many loving friends. In lieu of flowers, Clara’s wish was for donations to be made to a charity she felt so deeply about, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee. The family will be holding a private memorial and would like to take this time to thank everyone who reached out with love and prayers. “Mom, you left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, although we cannot see you, you’re always at our side.”

EMILY COLE CLEMENTS MOFFATT
Emily Cole Clements Moffatt, 91, of Rosemark, passed away February 21, 2020. The family received friends Feb. 24 until the service at Richland Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Interment was held at Rosemark Cemetery. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

WILMER LEE PRATER
Wilmer Lee Prater, of Munford, 90, passed away February 17, 2020 at her residence. The family received friends Feb. 20 along with the service at Munford Funeral Home Munford Chapel. Interment was held in Helen Crigger Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

ALFRED LEE SIMS
Alfred Lee Sims, 66, passed away at the V.A. Medical Center in Memphis on February 17, 2020. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Sims leaves his mother, Betty Jo Sims, a niece, Crystal Rakestraw and a sister, Peggy Lynn Washington. He was predeceased by his father, Alfred “Al” Sims. A graveside service was held on Feb. 21 at Poplar Grove Cemetery in Drummonds.

WILMA JO TRUJILLO
Wilma Jo Trujillo, 83, of Memphis passed February 18, 2020. Serviced was held Feb. 21 at the Millington Chapel with interment at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

RUTH M. WATSON
Ruth M. Watson, 77, of Drummonds, passed away February 18, 2020. The family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Lebonheur Children’s Hosptial. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

SANDRA ANN WHITTINGTON
Sandra Ann Whittington, 66, of Millington passed away on February 16, 2020. Whittington was born on October 29, 1953 to her late parents Roy and Wilma Whittington. Sandra was preceded in death by her brothers Ronnie and Donnie Whittington and her grandson Cody Whittington. She is survived by her life partner Shena Winter, her son Kevin Troy Whittington, grandson Adam Joseph Whittington and great grandson Rylan Joseph Whittington and her lifelong friend Rita Trenthem. She was dearly loved by a large family and her friends. The family asks for any donations be made to Lebonheur Childrens Hospital.
