Michelle Renee’ Wash Bogenschneider

MICHELLE RENEE’ WASH BOGENSCHNEIDER
Michelle Renee’ Wash Bogenschneider, 39, of Atoka, died on Jan. 31, 2015 at Methodist North Hospital. She was born on Sept. 21, 1975 in Libertyville, Ill. Michelle is survived by her husband; Eric  Bogenschneider, mother; Darlene Hinkle Wash McClellan, son; Matthew, two step children; Eric Dean and Lesa Marie; step granddaughter; Mackenzie and her brother; Ronald Wash. She was preceded in death by her father, sister and grandparents. Her memory will live on through others as she requested her remains be donated to scientific research. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 7 at High Point Funeral Home, 3788 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122 from 2–4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, send any donations to the Animal Rescue Center.

Judy Emerson Hart

JUDY EMERSON HART
Mrs. Judy Emerson Hart, age 59, of Millington, formerly of Brownsville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, at St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett. Mrs. Judy was a member of the Bolton Full Gospel Church of Arlington.  She loved helping others and attending church.  She was a wonderful mother and a great wife. She is survived by her husband, William E. Hart of Millington; two sons:  Larry Wayne (Dee Ann) Emerson and James Robert Emerson, all of Memphis; two daughters:  Michelle (Sammy) Vaughn of Brownsville, and Carrie (Matthew) Jones of Millington; two brothers: Michael (Jane) Hopper and Ricky (Kathy) Hopper, all of Brownsville; and two grandchildren. Mrs. Hart was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Wayne Emerson; her parents, James Roy Hopper and Evelyn Hankins Hopper; and an infant sister, Linda Gail Hopper. Pallbearers will be Dennis Malone, Shannon Hopper, Jay Hopper, Lucas Kelly, Richard Thornton and J.T. Campbell. Funeral services were held Jan. 7, in the Chapel of Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes officiated by Bro. Eddie Faulkner and Bro. Fred Campbell. Burial will follow in the Garden of Gethsemane in Brownsville Memorial Gardens in Brownsville. BETTY LYNN SIMCOX
Betty Lynn Simcox, 76, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015 at Millington Healthcare.  She was an excellent seamstress who also enjoyed square dancing, friends, and walking. She was a lifelong learner and pursued a CDL license and a Realtors license. She also worked as a home health care aide and was active in silver sneakers at the YMCA. She was also a secretary for Idlewild Presbyterian Church for a number of years. First Baptist Millington was her church home and she enjoyed attending her Sunday school class there. Mrs. Simcox survivors include her daughters, Shari Lynn (Robert) Everson of Atoka; Cynthia Lee Bray; Janet Birmingham; and Linda Ann Bowers all of Millington; 15  grandchildren;  four great grandchild; and brother, Wilford Busby of Memphis. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Birmingham. Funeral Services will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015 at 1p.m. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
