Steven Nicholas Kendrick, “Steve-O,” 19, a student at Southwest Tennessee Community College, passed away on January 27, 2019 in Colt, Ark. He was a baseball player, football player, duck hunter, and fisherman who loved the game. Steve-O leaves his parents, Pamela Kendrick of Atoka, and Richard Kendrick of Arlington; a sister, Shelby Lynn Kendrick, of Atoka; grandparents, Irene Cramer, of Smyrna, Del., Sylvia Brown, of Fairfield Bay, Ark., Richard Kendrick, Sr., of Arlington; his great-grandfather, Frank Thomas, of Sayre, Ala.; aunts and uncles, Lee Ann (L.J.) Hardy, of Camden, Del., Robin (Marlin) Wright, of N.C., Ruth Perry, of Va., April Sowell, of Memphis, Amanda Sowell, of Memphis, Adrian Greer, of Calif.; cousins, J.R. Hardy, of Delaware, Blake Hardy, of Delaware, Sean Perry, of Virginia, and Aubrey Gray, of Memphis. He also leaves the love of his life, Julie Glasgow. He was predeceased by his aunt Tracy Cramer, of Delaware, and his great-grandparents, Lillian Thomas, Vivian Evans, and Ellison Evans of Alabama. The family received friends at First Baptist Church in Millington, on Thursday, January 31. A service was held on Friday, February 1 at First Baptist Church in Millington. Interment followed in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. Munford Funeral Home Munford Chapel had charge.
