ALBERT G. BRADLEY
Albert G. Bradley, 76, passed way May 13, 2021. He was cremated and interred by Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.

EVERTT EUGENE BROWN
Everett Eugene Brown, 87, died peacefully on May 23, 2021, at his Millington, home, surrounded by family, after a long illness. Born March 10, 1934, in Crab Orchard, Ky., to the late Herbert Lee and Rhoda Catherine Brown, Everett was eldest of the couple’s five children. Born at home, he spent his childhood in Kentucky. He attended Livingston High School in Livingston, Ky. On Dec. 11, 1952, Everett Brown joined the United States Navy where he spent the majority of his service aboard ship in the Mediterranean. During his tenure, he was also stationed in Hawaii and Japan, was named senior chief and served as a technical writer. After his many tours, he retired from the Navy on March 1, 1973, and attended and graduated from State Technical Institute of Memphis, Tenn. He then began civil service at the Millington Naval Air Station (NAS) in Millington, Tenn., where he served as a Naval Foreign Student liaison until his retirement in 1996, totaling 44 years of federal service. While at Millington NAS, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and master’s degree from the University of Arkansas. In 1957, Everett married Eula Elizabeth Arnold, and the couple had three sons, Arnold, Randall and Gerald. After losing her to cancer, Everett later met and married Rebecca Sue Eason Nichols on July 3, 1994, and the couple resided in Millington, Tenn. A longtime member of Millington First Baptist Church, Everett was strong in his faith, and attended Sunday school and worship services regularly as long as he was physically able. Everett was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, his son Randall, and his brother Sidney. He is survived by his wife Rebecca Sue Brown of Millington, Tenn.; two sons Arnold (Lynn) of Havana, Fla., and Gerald of Nashville, Tenn.; siblings Amelia Furmon of Kentucky, Robert Brown (Georgie) of Indiana, and Audrey Furmon of Indiana; stepchildren Teresa Kuhl (Daniel) of St. Petersburg, Fla., Ronald Nichols (Stephanie) of Bartlett, Tenn., Marcia Noordermeer (Robert) of Memphis, Tenn.; and grandchildren Kyle Nichols, Conner Nichols, Seth Nichols, Ethan Nichols and Phoenix Noordermeer; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Visitation was held May, 27 at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery and Funeral Home, in Millington followed by a funeral service. Interment followed at Big Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 6797 Big Creek Church Rd., Millington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either The Michael J. STEPHANIE ‘NANA’ BROWN
Stephanie (Nana) Brown, 31, passed away May 20, 2021 in Brighton. The family received friends May 30 until the service at the Munford Chapel. Munford Funeral Home Munford Chapel had charge.

CHELSEA NICOLE CARRIGAN
Chelsea Nicole Carrigan, 24, passed away May 21, 2021. The family received friends May 27 with a service May 28 all at the Millington Chapel. Interment was in Mount Zion Cemetery in Steele, Mo., on Saturday. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

MACK COOPER
Mack Cooper, 63, of Millington, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on May 21, 2021. The visitation was on May 26 and the funeral service was on May 27. Both the visitation and funeral service were held at Munford Funeral Home – Millington Chapel, followed by the burial at Poplar Grove Cemetery in Drummonds. JOHN ROBERT COX
John Robert Cox, 70, of Millington, passed away May 25, 2021. Mr. Cox was a Vietnam War veteran and was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kay Cox. He is survived by his daughters, Haley (Tony) Ward of Atoka, and Rachel (Derek) Marsh of Millington; son, Alex (Danielle) Cox of Millington; nine grandchildren, Marie Cox, Abby Cox, Lori Cox, Brayden Marsh, Jackson Marsh, Clayton Ward, Bailey Ward, Skyler Ward and Wesley Ward. The family received friends June 2 at the Millington Chapel funtil the memorial service. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

MARION R. ‘BOB’ SMITH
Marion R. “Bob” Smith, 87, of Millington, passed away on May 21, 2021. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Joe & Mary Smith; wife, Barbara Smith of 37 years; son, Marion Robert “Robby” Smith; siblings, Joe Smith, Bud Smith, Mary Smith, Tommy Smith, Johnny Smith, and Billy Smith all of Texas. Bob was born in San Angelo, Texas. He is survived by two siblings, Henry Smith and Jerry Smith (Paula); five children, Teresa London of Millington, Gregory Smith (Emily) of Millington, Robert Lowry (Jade) of Millington, TN, Donald Lowry (Diane) of Millington, and Thomas Lowry (Amy) of Millington; fourteen grandchildren, Matt London (Nicole),Wade London (Morgan), Cole London (Brooke), Lyle London (Emily), Gregory “Wayne” Smith II, Andrew Smith, Natalie Smith, Heather Lowry (Tommy), Kevin Lowry (Tammie), Brandy Mynatt (Jeff), Nikki Crandall (Greg), Lori Woodard, Chase Lowry (Samantha), Megan Ballard (Clay), 21 great-grandchildren. He grew up with eight brothers and a sister. He retired as a Senior Chief (E8) from the Navy in 1976 after 20 years of service to our country. He also semi-retired from Commodore Villages after 41 years. He loved watching westerns, dancing the night away, and performing magic tricks for people. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Millington. The family received friends May 26 at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel until the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to the Millington Police Department or Millington Fire Department in his memory. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel had charge.

GLORIA EVETTE WADE
Gloria Evette Wade, 51 of Drummonds, passed away on May 18, 2021. There was a walk through viewing for Mrs. Wade on May 28 and a memorial service. Both were held at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc., in Millington. Interment followed at St. John Cemetery in Atoka.
