ELSIE PANNELL BRASHIER
Elsie Pannell Brashier, 88, of Millington, went home to be with the Lord on May 8, 2020. Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home had charge.

MARY LEE HILSON GATES
Mrs. Mary Lee Hilson Gates, 67, of Brighton, passed away May 22, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Tipton. There was a walk through viewing on May 30 at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc., 7788 Church Street, Millington, Tennessee. Interment will take place on Thursday, June 4 at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Road, Memphis, Tennessee. Jefferson Mortuary, Inc. has charge.

HOUSTON JOHNSON
Houston Johnson, 64, passed away on May 22, 2020 at Magnolia Creek Nursing Home in Covington. A graveside service was held May 29 in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel, had charge.

AUSTIN TYLER LAIRD
Austin Tyler Laird, 28, of Tipton County, passed away May 24, 2020. Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home had charge.

STANLEY BRETT MYERS
Stanley Brett Myers, 52, of Munford, passed away on May 30, 2020. A visitation was held June 2 at Munford Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements were being handled by Munford Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.

NETTIE MAE PATRICK
Nettie Mae Patrick, 94, lifetime resident of Lucy, passed away May 28, 2020. The family received friends June 1 at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel and a graveside service was held June 2 at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Faith Heritage Baptist Church, 4274 Duncan Road, Millington.

HOWARD L. QUISENBERRY
Howard L. Quisenberry, 88, of Millington, went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2020.
Howard leaves his wife, Mary of 57 years and always said she was the love of his life. He also leaves his son, Scott; daughter, Lisa; and three grandchildren. Mr. Quisenberry was born in Muhlenberg, Ky. He grew up on the family farm with his two sisters and a brother. After graduating from high school he joined the Air Force and served his country four years. He received his B.S. degree in math and physics and began his teaching career. Howard accepted a job with the Navy in 1963. He worked in the education and training division in the Bureau of Naval Personnel in Washington, D.C. for years then in 1972 he was transferred to the Chief of Naval Technical Training Staff at Millington, where he worked as a training program manager. During his career, he was awarded the Meritorious Civilian Service Award, the second highest award provided to civilian employees within the agencies of the federal government of the United States . He retired in 1994. Howard was a very active member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Millington for more than 40 years. He served on the Church Vestry, Men’s Club and the Congregational Development Commitee for the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee.
A memorial service will be at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church at a later date.

ROSIE LEA SHELTON
Mrs. Rosie Lea Shelton, 82, of Millington, passed away May 27, 2020 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis. There was a walk through viewing May 31 at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc., 7788 Church Street, Millington, Tennessee. Interment followed at Mt Herman Cemetery in Dixonville. Jefferson Mortuary, Inc. had charge.

NONA CORENE YOUNT
Nona Corene Yount, 74, of Atoka, passed away May 13, 2020. Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home had charge.
