WANDA BELL
Wanda Bell, 81, of Millington, died on February 25, 2020 after beating Cervical Cancer, she passed of natural causes. Visitation was held at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel Saturday, Feb. 29. Services were held on March 1 at the same location. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Henry and Sara Vernetta Avant; husband Earl Bell, son David Earl Bell, ten older siblings. Wanda is survived by her sister Frankie (Lou-Lou) Bailey; son Scott Bell, daughter Karen Dupre; six grandchildren, David, Kharrie, Kevin, Haley, Zach and Westley; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations go to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
DONALD E. CRAIG
SSG Donald E. Craig, USA, Ret., 70 of Millington, passed away February 24,2020. Donald was a retired US Army E6 Staff Sergeant and a 10 year employee at the Defense Commissary Agency in Millington. His last duty assignment was with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Group at the 101st Airborne Division, Ft. Campbell, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents Frances Aline Lane and Robert Leon Lane; brother, Carlton D. Lane; and one great grandson. He is survived by his wife, Iva D. Craig; daughters, Johnnie Lavinina Stanbrough (Alfred) and Jackie Dale Smith (Leon) both of Acadia, FL, Tammy Booth (Dwight) of Bartlett, and Missy Ervin (Joe) of Millington; son, Billy Anderson (Amy) of Millington; brothers, Dennis Craig of Lakeland, and Robert A. Lane of Ft. Worth, Texas, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family received friends Feb. 28 until the service at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel. Interment will be March 5 in West TN Veterans Cemetery.

Whitney Adell French, 32, of Munford, passed away February 21, 2020. The family received friends Feb. 27 with a funeral service. All services and interment were held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery.

JO ANN GOODWIN
Jo Ann Goodwin, 80, of Millington, passed away February 24, 2020. She was retired from the PX at Naval Air Station in Millington and a longtime member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her two brothers, John Michael Goodwin of Nashville, and Robert L. Goodwin of Bartlett. A graveside service was held Feb. 27 at Memorial Park Cemetery.

George David Lacomb, Jr., 47, a septic service technician for Draingo, passed away at Methodist North Hospital on February 25, 2020. Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel, had charge.

Evelyn Marie Lynn, 69, of Millington, passed away February 22, 2020 at her residence. Her visitation was held Feb. 29 with funeral all at Hammond Grove Baptist Church in Arlington. Interment followed at the church cemetery. Jefferson Mortuary, Inc. had charge.
