Noah Stephens of MIllington Central High School NJROTC Air–Rifle team placed second in the districts Area 9 Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Air Rifle Postal competition with a score of 271 in the sporter class. This has earned him a trip to represent MCHS in the SECNAV regionals in Anniston Alabama at their Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) facility on February 19-20. He will be competing with the nation’s finest high school marksman for a spot in the SECNAV National Championship.
