Sentences

Jacob H. Johnson, of Troy, was charged with theft of property involving merchandise under $1,000, sentenced to probation 11/29, granted diversion/probation cost petition field June 2, 2020 bench warrant issued but recalled July 18, 2022 due to our losing general sessions jurisdiction August 31, 2022; 

Jeremy M. Kilpatrick, of Munford, was charged domestic assault, sentenced to 11/29 jail, suspended 11/19, probation 11/19, credit time served 10 days, fine cost no contact with victim, charge total cost $479; 

Eric L. Robinson, of Houston, Texas, was charged with domestic assault, sentenced to jail 11/29, suspension 11/21, probation 11/21, credit time served 8 days, reduced from aggravated assault domestic violence fine plus cost, charge total cost $479; 

Tiffany N. Thweatt, of Bartlett, was charged with assault, sentence jail 11/29, suspended 10/29, probation 11/18, credit time served 11 days, amended to assault on police officer, fine plus cost, must have fines and costs paid in full in 6 months, charge total cost $1,229;

Jeremy B. Hatfield, of Millington, was charged with assault, found probable cause of assault nly held to state original bond; 

William G. Hayes, of Bartlett, was charged theft of property involving merchandise over $1,000, found probable cause held to state original bond;
