Elecia J. Brown, of Memphis, was charged with theft of property under $1,000 and resisting stop, frisk, halt or arrest, granted diversion/probation, cost-completed diversion May 24, 2022 charge dismissed, charge total cost $62;

DeWaume D. Douglas, of Memphis, was charged with assault, sentenced to 11/29 jail, suspended 11/25, probation 11/25, credit 4 days time served, fine plus cost charge total cost $479;

Johnathan C. McKay, of Millington, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange, sentence to 30 days in jail, credit time served 8 days, amended to simple possession to with meth, fine plus cost, 30 dyas jail 8 days credit, fine waived, charge total cost $340.50; unlawful drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days jail, credit time served 8 days, fine plus cost, 30 days concurrent to meth, fine suspended by judge charge total cost $62;

Reed, of Brighton, ws charged with simple possession/casual exchange, sentence 11/29 jail, suspended 10/29, probation 11/9, credit 20 days time served, amended to simple possession to with meth, fine plus cost, random drug screens, charge total cost $2,335.50; unlawful drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and revocation or suspension of sentence, sentence to 6 months jail, credit time served 20 days, no fine no cost, 6 months jail, 20 days credit;

Brandon J. Wilburn, of Atoka, was charged with worthless checks, sentence 11/29 jail, suspended 11/21, probation 11/21, credit time served 8 days, fine plus cost, restitution to Millington Animal Hospital $458.59, charge total cost $705.50;

Hearing Waiver and Bend Over

Jonathan R. Crum, of Millington, was charged with domestic assault, waived pre-hearing held to state original bond of $5,000;

Calvon D. Davis, of Memphis, was charged with worthless checks, bench warrant issued conditional forfeiture bond set $2,500 arrested March 18, 2022;

Melvin Polk, of Sadris, Miss., was charged with robbery, waived pre-hearing held to state bond reduced to $35,000;

Pierre L. Polk, of Brighton, was charged with criminal attempt-robbery, assault on police officer, resisting stop, frisk halt or arrest, waived pre-hearing held to state bond set at $250,000;

Pierre L. Polk, of Brighton, was charged with assault, waived pre-hearing held to state bond set $1,000;

Justin M. Powers, of Atoka, was charged with manufacture, deliver, methamphetamines and simple possession/casual exchange, waived pre-hearing held to state bond reduced to $75,000;

Tony D. Wilkins, of Millington, was charged with domestic assault, waived pre-hearing held to state released ror;

Luster Williams, of Munford, was charged with DUI second offense, open container law, drivers to exercise due care, driving while license suspended/cancelled, rev-DUI, reckless driving, simple possession/casual exchange, motion to dismiss granted case will be submitted to grand jury out of custody;
