The staff of the Millington Public Library recently hosted the 2023 Summer Reading Kickoff Party at 4858 Navy Road. The MPL crew invited the public out June 2 from noon to 2 p.m. to celebrate the start of the summer reading program. The guests were treated to sweets, arts & crafts and face painting. The parents also had the chance to register their children for the Summer Reading Program, in which prizes will be rewarded.
