Ritter Communications, the largest privately held telecommunications service provider serving exclusively the Mid-South, is excited to announce that Santa Clause will be visiting their Millington location starting Dec. 15, in an over 60-year tradition known as Santa Connection.

Children can come meet Santa Clause and receive a special dose of holiday magic.

The Santa Connection originally began in the 1950s by Millington Telephone Company’s owner Babe Howard. Ritter Communications employees have continued spreading the holiday cheer for the community and look forward to the festivities throughout the year.

“Growing up, I would come to The Santa Connection knowing that this was the real Santa Clause,” said Michael Eaves, Assistant Santa Connection Coordinator. “It has been a privilege to bring my kids and my grandkids to this event and watch as their faces light up when Santa calls their name.”

“Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, especially for children,” said Jesse Hayes, this year’s Santa Connection Director. “We love seeing how this event brings out the holiday spirit for the community.”

The Santa Connection is open every night beginning Friday, Dec. 15 through Saturday, Dec. 23 (excluding Sunday, Dec. 17) from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Children can come and share their most secret Christmas lists and wishes with Santa, free of charge.
