Local businessmen and community contributors Carey Parham and Jack Leonard make their way toward Mooney Bosewell Field Friday night to catch another Millington Trojan Football season opener. The pair has been attending Trojan Athletic events for decades and often support Millington sports behind the scenes. Leonard is an agent at State Farm located at 8110 Highway 51 and Parham is the owner of Carey’s Auto Body located at 7850 Highway 51. Leonard and Parham left the stadium happy as the Trojans and quarterback Tommy Clifton beat the Bolton Wildcats 21-13.

Millington Kiwanis Club members Clarence Hatcher, Bea Schaller, Wayne Jameson and Bob Hunt begin another year of taking tickets at the gate for Millington Football. The Kiwanis Club has been participating on Friday nights for more than 15 years.
