SPORTS UPDATE: State Wrestling Tournaments start tomorrow in Chattanooga

Last week’s State Wrestling Tournaments were postponed because of inclement weather across Tennessee. The Millington Trojan Wrestling program was prepared to send nine wrestlers to Chattanooga. Now the trip will take place for the Trojans and other qualifiers Wednesday through Friday.
Millington wrestlers scheduled for Chattanooga are Malik Wooten, Cole Stevens, Garrett Haley, Milton Yarbrough, Eli Roberts, Lonzell Blackwell, Levi Smith, Darren Garrity and Tony “TJ” Graves. This year’s State Tournament is hosted by the Williamson County and City of Chattanooga Tennessee High School Wrestling Championships Feb. 24-26.
