Prior to Tipton County Schools’ Spring Break 2023, new Brighton Head Football Coach Keith Setler accompanied some of his Cardinals to two area elementary schools for Read Across America. On March 14 and 15, some of the gridiron Cardinals stopped by Austin Peay Elementary and then Atoka Elementary the following day. Setler wanted to thank his players for volunteering to bring to life some books for the children. He also expressed gratitude for Principals Heather Crowson at Austin Peay and Lisa Rose at Atoka for welcoming the Cardinals. “I’m very proud of my boys doing a little community service,” Setler said. “The kids enjoyed every minute of it. More to come.”
